Summary

DNA sample after arrest; certain misdemeanors. Adds indecent exposure and obscene sexual display to the list of crimes for which a DNA sample must be taken upon arrest for commission or attempted commission of such crimes. The provisions of the bill apply only to persons convicted on or after July 1, 2020.
