Summary

Delinquent children; loss of driving privileges. Eliminates the authority of the court to give a restricted driver's permit, for travel to and from home and school when school-provided transportation is available, to a child who has lost his driving privilege for certain offenses, including alcohol, firearm, and truancy offenses.
