Summary

Department of General Services; construction evaluation of impact of types of electricity. Requires all departments, agencies, and institutions of the Commonwealth, prior to construction of new structures, to evaluate the construction for the potential to rely on geothermal and solar energy. Such evaluation shall include an assessment of the immediate cost and the potential for cost savings over time by providing these types of electricity.
