Summary
Virginia Port Authority, Virginia Economic Development Partnership, and Commonwealth Transportation Board. Implements reforms of the Virginia Port Authority by adding the Chief Executive Officer of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership to the Board of Commissioners, adding the Virginia Port Authority Executive Director to the Commonwealth Transportation Board, and providing the Virginia Port Authority with additional procurement and other exemptions.
