Summary

Collection of courts costs at DMV. Allows the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court to enter into an agreement with the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles for the collection of court costs at DMV customer service centers. The bill also allows DMV to collect a $2 processing fee to pay its processing costs.
