Department of Health Professions; use of implantable medical devices distributed by physician-owned distributorships. Directs the Department of Health Professions to consider any issues related to the use of implantable medical devices distributed by medical device distributors in which a physician has an ownership interest and to report to the Governor and the General Assembly by November 1, 2014.
