Summary

Commonwealth Transportation Board; composition. Increases from 17 to 19 the membership of the Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) by requiring that one member be appointed from each of Virginia's 11 congressional districts instead of, under current law, from each of the Commonwealth's nine highway construction districts. The five at-large members and three ex officio members of the CTB remain unchanged.
