AMENDMENT IN THE NATURE OF A SUBSTITUTE
(Proposed by the House Committee on Labor and Commerce
on January 30, 2020)

A BILL to repeal §38.2-3454.1 of the Code of Virginia,
relating to sale or renewal of health benefit plans; special exception.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §38.2-3454.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
