HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 90 Providing that House members shall not receive a per diem payment during any extension of the 2011 Regular Session of the General Assembly.

 

Agreed to by the House of Delegates, February 26, 2011

 

RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That members of the House of Delegates and their legislative assistants shall not receive per diem payment for any day or days that the 2011 Regular Session of the General Assembly is extended beyond February 26, 2011.
