CHAPTER 303 An Act to repeal the third enactment of Chapter 183 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017, relating to comprehensive harm reduction programs; public health emergency; repeal sunset. [S 864] Approved March 11, 2020

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the third enactment of Chapter 183 of the Acts of Assembly of 2017 is repealed.
