RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the respective juvenile and domestic relations district court judgeships as follows:

Chanel Ann Gray, Esquire, of Chesapeake, as a judge of the First Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

Solomon H. Ashby, Jr., Esquire, of Portsmouth, as a judge of the Third Judicial District for a term of six years commencing April 16, 2024.

Peter K. Griffith, Esquire, of Charlottesville, as a judge of the Sixteenth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

Charles F. Koehler, Jr., Esquire, of Loudoun, as a judge of the Twentieth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

Rachel D. Robinson, Esquire, of Loudoun, as a judge of the Twentieth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing April 1, 2024.

Pamela Melissa P. Keen, Esquire, of Franklin, as a judge of the Twenty-second Judicial District for a term of six years commencing May 1, 2024.

Rachel L. D. Thompson, Esquire, of Salem, as a judge of the Twenty-third Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

Lethia C. Hammond, Esquire, of Botetourt, as a judge of the Twenty-fifth Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

The Honorable Monica D. Cox, of Galax, as a judge of the Twenty-seventh Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.

Ryan D. Hamrick, Esquire, of Montgomery, as a judge of the Twenty-seventh Judicial District for a term of six years commencing June 1, 2024.

Kiah D. Spinks, Esquire, of Prince William, as a judge of the Thirty-first Judicial District for a term of six years commencing July 1, 2024.
