RESOLVED by the Senate, That the following person is hereby nominated to be elected to the Supreme Court of Virginia as follows:

The Honorable Rossie D. Alston, Jr., of Manassas, as a justice of the Supreme Court of Virginia for a term of twelve years commencing September 17, 2015.
