RESOLVED by the Senate, That the President pro tempore of the Senate, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Rules, the Majority Leader of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, and the Clerk of the Senate are constituted a committee to contract for, have painted, and appropriately framed and placed in the Capitol a portrait of Lieutenant Governor William T. Bolling. The Clerk is further authorized to expend a sum sufficient from the contingent fund of the Senate to carry out the duty imposed hereunder.
