Delegate Tully moved to amend the bill on page 2, line 29, by striking the period, inserting a colon and the following:

"Provided, That this subsection does not apply when a prescriber transmits an electronic prescription to the pharmacy which includes an ICD-10 code or description.  The pharmacy shall use this information and place on the bottle label."
