Summary

The purpose of this bill is to repeal the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to adopt in lieu thereof, the Code of the Commonwealth of Virginia. It also provides that constitutional conflicts that may arise by the adoption of said code shall be addressed at the time they are identified.
