Summary

The purpose of this bill is to reclassify retail liquor licenses; to provide for licenses for free standing liquor stores and mixed retail liquor outlets; to provide a preference for free standing liquor stores; to set forth minimum requirements for each class of retail liquor license; to provide a purchase option for current retail licensees purchasing a retail license for a free standing liquor retail outlet; and to authorize the commission to offer financing for the purchase of a retail license for a free standing retail liquor outlet.
