The purpose of this bill is to ensure increase the amount of permitted residential substance use disorder treatment beds in certain West Virginia Counties, and prohibit expansion of beds, and payment for Medicaid services rendered at certain facilities which do not meet minimum standards.Strikethroughs indicate language that would be stricken from a heading or the present law, and underscoring indicates new language that would be added.
