A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §17-23-4a, relating to residential community waivers for salvage yards.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated §17-23-4a, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 23. SALVAGE YARDS.
§17-23-4a. Residential community waivers for salvage yards.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this code to the contrary, the residents of a residential community may waive the salvage yard restrictions set out in section four of this article, if each residence that is a part of the residential community agrees.
