Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article 3, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931,
as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
§64-3-1. Solid Waste Management Board.
The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-fifth day of July, two thousand seven, authorized under the
authority of section nine-a, article four, chapter twenty-two-c, of
this code, modified by the Solid Waste Management Board to meet the
objections of the legislative rule-making review committee and
refiled in the state register on the fifth day of December, two
thousand seven, relating to the Solid Waste Management Board
(performance measures and review standards for solid waste
authorities operating commercial solid waste facilities, 54 CSR 6),
is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Solid Waste
Management Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to
Performance Measures and Review Standards for Solid Waste
Authorities Operating Commercial Solid Waste Facilities.

A BILL to amend and reenact article 3, chapter 64 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Solid Waste Management Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to performance measures and review standards for solid waste authorities operating commercial solid waste facilities.
