AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the Arizona arts trust fund.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1.  Appropriation; Arizona arts trust fund

The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to the Arizona arts trust fund established by section 41‑983.01, Arizona Revised Statutes.  The monies shall be used for grants to assist the arts industry in reopening and recovering from the impacts of the coronavirus pandemic.
