To redefine "covered claim" and "insolvent insurer" under the Connecticut Insurance Guaranty Association Act, increase the maximum coverage amount for claims under said act, and exclude Medicare Part C and Part D policies and contracts from coverage under the Connecticut Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act.
