AN ACT AUTHORIZING CERTAIN FISHING BY A NONLICENSED STATE RESIDENT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

Section 1. Subsection (f) of section 26-27 of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage):

(f) The Commissioner of Environmental Protection [may] shall designate one day in each calendar year when no license shall be required for sport fishing.

This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
