AN ACT INCREASING THE MINIMUM FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY COVERAGE REQUIRED FOR PRIVATE PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLES.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

That section 14-112 of the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum amount of financial responsibility coverage required for private passenger motor vehicles.

Statement of Purpose:

To increase the minimum amount of financial responsibility coverage required for private passenger motor vehicles.
