AN ACT CONCERNING THE STANDARDIZATION OF MINIMUM FISH LENGTHS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Environmental Protection to work with bordering states to standardize minimum fish lengths.
Statement of Purpose:
To avoid confusion as to minimum fish lengths for recreational fishermen in New England.
