AN ACT RETURNING A PORTION OF MONIES RECEIVED BY THE STATE FOR THE SALE OF DOG LICENSES TO MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 22-347 of the general statutes be amended to allow any municipality that completes a survey of unlicensed dogs to keep eighty per cent of monies received by such municipality for the purchase of dog licenses.
Statement of Purpose:
To encourage municipalities to complete surveys of unlicensed dogs.
