This Act delays implementation of HB 180 [which will create a journeyperson electrician and apprentice electrician license and will eliminate an exception that allows for unlicensed persons to perform electrical work under the supervision of electricians licensed under Chapter 14, Title 24 of the Delaware Code] for 2 years.
