    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 562 - 563
    4  and insert:
    5  necessary experts, in consultation with the Agency for Persons
    6  with Disabilities, to assist in developing the plan. The Agency
    7  for Persons with Disabilities, in consultation with the Agency
    8  for Health Care Administration, must submit a report to the

   11  And the title is amended as follows:
   12         Delete lines 43 - 45
   13  and insert:
   14         to contract with necessary experts, in consultation
   15         with the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, to
   16         assist in developing the plan; requiring the Agency
   17         for Persons with Disabilities, in consultation with
   18         the Agency for Health Care Administration, to submit a
   19         specified report to
