NET IMPACT ON: Total Funds General Revenue Trust Funds Recurring - 0 0 0 Non-Recurring - 0 0 0 ______________________________________________________________________________________ Positions & Amount Positions & Amount DELETE INSERT ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, DEPARTMENT OF Program: Community Development Florida Housing Finance Corporation 40300600 In Section 06 On Page 297 2315 Special Categories 105035 Grants And Aids - Housing Finance Corporation (Hfc) - Affordable Housing Programs IOED Following Specific Appropriation 2315, INSERT: From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2315, 10 percent of nonrecurring funds from the State Housing Trust Fund is provided to fund a competitive grant program for housing developments designed, constructed, and targeted for persons with developmental disabilities as defined in section 393.063, Florida Statutes. Private, nonprofit organizations whose primary mission includes serving persons with developmental disabilities as defined in 393.063, Florida Statutes, shall be eligible for these grant funds. Housing projects funded with these grants may include community residential homes as defined in section 419.001, Florida Statutes, or individual housing units, and may include new construction and renovation of existing housing units. In evaluating proposals for these funds, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall consider: the extent to which funds from local and995007 Log:0023 JLH/JLH 03/25/19 11:34:24 PM Senate Page: 1 other sources will be used by the applicant to leverage the grant funds provided under this section; employment opportunities and supports that will be available to residents of the proposed housing; a plan for residents to effectively and efficiently access community-based services, resources, and amenities; and partnerships with other supportive services agencies.
