Summary

Repeals section 4 of chapter 2023-21, Laws of Florida, relating to termination of pregnancy; prohibits physician from knowingly performing or inducing a termination of pregnancy after specified gestational age; requires physicians to report known or suspected human trafficking of adults to local law enforcement & incidents of rape, incest, or human trafficking of minors to the central abuse hotline; prohibits any person other than physician from inducing termination of pregnancy; prohibits physicians from using telehealth to perform abortions; provides requirements for medications intended for use in medical abortion.
