Summary

Requires the Department of Health to include in its environmental health program the testing of the air in enclosed ice skating rinks. Authorizes the department to adopt rules relating to air quality standards, monitoring, testing, recordkeeping, the maintenance and operation of equipment that affects air quality, assessment of fees, enforcement, and penalties, etc.
