Expanding grounds for the reclassification of crimes to include acts of prejudice based on the gender, gender identity or expression, or physical or mental disability of a victim; specifying that the reclassification occurs if the crime was based in whole or in part on the actual or perceived race, color, ancestry, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, homeless status, physical or mental disability, or advanced age of the victim; providing for the reclassification of crimes if the crime was based in whole or in part on the actual or perceived mental or physical disability of the victim, etc.
