Summary

Requiring that a litigant in the courts of this state, the Division of Administrative Hearings, or the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims pay a specified surcharge in addition to any other cost incurred for filing court and other legal documents by means of paper documents instead of electronically filing the documents; providing an exception for a person who is indigent, etc.
