Summary

Requires that acquisitions of improved real property by a district school board or Florida College System institution board of trustees which are funded through the use of the capital improvement fee meet certain survey and construction requirements. Authorizes a Florida College System institution that has not met certain relative space needs to establish a capital improvement fee for 5 fiscal years. Provides a maximum fee amount. Provides requirements relating to use of the fee, etc.
