Summary

Revising the Department of Health's duties under the Closing the Gap grant program; requiring the department to establish telehealth minority maternity care pilot programs in Duval County and Orange County by a specified date; requiring the pilot programs to provide specified telehealth services, or coordinate with prenatal home visiting programs to provide specified services, to eligible pregnant women for a specified period; requiring the department's Division of Community Health Promotion and Office of Minority Health and Health Equity to apply for certain federal funding, etc.
