Repealing a provision relating to revocation or suspension of, or delay of eligibility for, a driver license for persons 18 years of age or older who are convicted of certain drug offenses; repealing a provision relating to mandatory revocation or suspension of, or delay of eligibility for, a driver license for persons under age 18 who are found guilty of certain alcohol, drug, or tobacco offenses; deleting provisions relating to withholding, suspending, or revoking the driving privilege of a person who provides alcoholic beverages to a person under 21 years of age, etc.
