Summary

Limiting the eligibility of retired judges to receive compensation and reimbursement under certain circumstances; revising the limitations period for commencing an action to enforce a claim of a deficiency judgment after a foreclosure action; requiring a court to treat a collateral attack on a final judgment of foreclosure on a mortgage as a claim for monetary damages under certain circumstances; revising the class of persons authorized to move for expedited foreclosure to include lienholders, etc.
