Summary
Providing for a type two transfer of the Cybersecurity Operations Center and related services, including the position of the state chief information security officer, from the Florida Digital Service within the Department of Management Services to the Department of Law Enforcement; requiring the Department of Management Services, acting through the Florida Digital Service, to perform specified actions relating to state agency cybersecurity risks; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to designate a state chief information security officer; requiring the Department of Law Enforcement to operate and maintain the Cybersecurity Operations Center as part of the Florida Fusion Center, etc.
