Summary

Requiring the Department of Corrections to develop an operational plan to implement a pilot community corrections reentry program in certain designated counties; requiring that all inmates who are within 36 months of their release date be considered for participation in the pilot community corrections reentry program; deleting a provision limiting the modes of transportation an inmate may use when traveling to and from his or her place of employment, education, or training, etc.
