1	A bill to be entitled
2	An act relating to the Office of Program Policy Analysis
3	and Government Accountability; requiring OPPAGA to conduct
4	a study to evaluate the effectiveness and cost efficiency
5	of having a full-time Legislature versus a part-time
6	Legislature; requiring that OPPAGA submit a report to the
7	President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of
8	Representatives by a specified date; providing an
9	effective date.

11	Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13	Section 1. (1) The Office of Program Policy Analysis and
14	Government Accountability shall conduct a study to evaluate the
15	effectiveness and cost efficiency of having a full-time
16	Legislature versus a part-time Legislature. The study shall
17	include all projected variables and costs that are associated
18	with operating a full-time and a part-time Legislature.
19	(2) OPPAGA shall submit a report with its findings and
20	recommendations to the President of the Senate and the Speaker
21	of the House of Representatives by January 1, 2011.
22	Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2010.
