| 2 | An act relating to the Barefoot Bay Recreation District, |

| 4 | District to use the provisions of s. 720.305, F.S., for |

| 6 | same manner as homeowners' associations; providing |
| 7 | exceptions to general law; providing an effective date. |

| 9 | Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: |
| 10 | |
| 11 | Section 1. Notwithstanding section 720.302, Florida |
| 12 | Statutes, or any law to the contrary, the Barefoot Bay |
| 13 | Recreation District is authorized to use the provisions of |
| 14 | section 720.305, Florida Statutes, for the purpose of enforcing |
| 15 | its governing documents in the same manner as homeowners' |
| 16 | associations. |
| 17 | Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law. |
