Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 34 of Title 43 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to physicians, assistants, and others, so as to provide for suspension or revocation of the license of a physician who has committed a sexual assault on a patient; to provide for mandatory reporting by health care professionals who have reasonable cause to believe that a physician has committed a sexual assault on a patient; to provide for limited liability; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
