Summary
A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Article 1 of Chapter 4 of Title 49 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to general provisions relative to public assistance, so as to provide that, subject to the approval of the United States Department of Agriculture, food stamp recipients may order eligible food items from nonprofit charitable organizations over the Internet; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
