Summary

A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Chapter 36 of Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to verification of lawful presence within the United States, so as to provide for a certain statement for persons under 18 years of age to be executed after attaining the age of 18; to provide requirements for the submission of documents; to provide that certain documents may be submitted by facsimile; to provide exceptions; to provide an effective date; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
