A RESOLUTION proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Georgia so as to limit the functions performed by any county with more than 80 percent of its land area located in one or more municipal corporations to those functions required by law or authorized by intergovernmental contract; to provide for submission of this amendment for ratification or rejection; and for other purposes.
