A BILL to be entitled an Act to amend Code Section 1-4-1 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to public and legal holidays and leave for observance of religious holidays not specifically provided for, so as to designate June 19 of each year as a state holiday of Juneteenth; to remove June 3 as a potential state holiday; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
