Summary
Prohibits the knowing disposal of fluorescent and CFL bulbs in landfills, waste-to-energy facilities, and incinerators in the State. Establishes notice requirements. Requires retailers or wholesalers of fluorescent and CFL bulbs to accept used light bulbs for recycling from customers.
