Summary

Amends the deadline for candidate committees and noncandidate committees to file organizational reports. Imposes upon both candidate committees and noncandidate committees consistent content, filing, and deadline requirements for organizational reports and preliminary reports. Takes effect on 7/1/2050. (HD1)
