Summary

Creates a Hawaii Sexual Assault Response and Training Program to address the manner in which sexual assault evidence collection kits are processed and tracked, and to ensure that victims of sexual assault are informed of their rights under the law. Requires annual reports by the Attorney General to the President of the Senate and Speaker of the House. Appropriates funds. (HB2131 CD1)
