Summary

Directs the DOH to establish at least one additional assertive community treatment team for the purposes of mental health outreach and case management; provides that at least one assertive community treatment team provide mental health and outreach for the Chinatown and Iwilei community. Appropriates funds. Effective 07/01/2013.
