Summary

Establishes price caps within the Hawaii workers' compensation insurance system for drugs. Authorizes a dispensing fee to physicians. Limits physicians' authority to directly dispense prescription medications. Effective July 1, 2113. Repeals July 1, 2015. (HB891 HD1)
